Adecco Professional Permanent Placement is looking for a Legal Assistant, for its Client, a multinational developer in the field of retail / commercial centers.
Responsibilities
· Keeps all the legal documents organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management software;
· Drafting legal documents (as notices, contracts, addendum, power of attorney, requests, etc)
· Supports the legal department with all the admin jobs (including but not limited to scan, copies, fax, translation the documents from/into English)
· Providing the required information/documents to the external lawyers in order to prepare the litigation cases or any other project pending.
· Enhances trial proceedings by organizing evidence; preparing exhibits; scheduling witnesses/ experts if the case may be; taking courtroom/meeting notes.
· Updates job knowledge by reading professional publications.
· Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
