RESPONSABILITATI

• Drafts basic legal documents
• Monitors legislation amendments and legal news & alerts and makes sure that the law library is up-to-date.
• Prepares various letters, notifications to be addressed to business partners, clients and correspondence with internal clients;
• Makes all necessary formalities for the approval of all type of costs made by Legal Dept (legal fees paid to lawyers, public notaries, travel of staff, subscriptions to legal magazines etc); keeps the monthly evidence of the fees paid to the lawyers;
• Performs records and legal research;
• Submits and takes over documentation with/from various public authorities (ONRC, CSA, OSIM, Courts of Justice etc);
• Translates legal texts from/into English;
• Archives both electronically and physically the correspondence, the legal and other official documents;
• Assists the legal advisors with organizing internal/external meetings


CERINTE

• University degree or student preferably attending Law University or Foreign Languages and Literatures (English)
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong communication and organization abilities; efficiency, highly energetic;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Computer literate;
• Driving license could be an advantage;
