1. Degree in law obtained in Romania
2. Qualifications in Civil Law, Commercial Law
3. Experience in civil, commercial, administrative, public/private property/concession, real estate legal provisions
4. Experience in prevention of litigations
5. Fluent Romanian, Fluent English, and preferably Italian / French
