- Protect company reputation and best interests by providing qualitative, timely and alternative legal solutions : debts recovery and juridical consultancy; data protection regulation; clients / providers contracts;
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients, third parties representatives and legal & national authorities to facilitate development, acceptance and implementation of the best legal solutions;
- Respond to business needs by: recommending effective legal solutions and / or alternatives; timely and qualitative implementation of legal solutions; defining and negotiating the contractual terms and conditions;
- Ensures representation of company best interests in court cases and potential litigations by: build complelling business cases; monitor and follow-up on results; sustain and mitigate to successfully close the case;
- Proactively advise internal clients about legal provisions and their impact to client business.
- Law University degree is required; commercial law would be an asset;
- At least 3 years of working experience in legal consultancy (dealing with legal collection related procedures and bad debts recovery would be a plus);
- Management experience ( would be a plus );
- Management skills, good interpersonal communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
- Is responsible for overall direction, development and evaluation of his / her subordinates;
- Very good command of English and PC.
