The Level 2 Support is responsible for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients that subscribed for online music and video contracts. The music and video devices are based on Linux or Windows.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Provide support services to all Mood Europe affiliates, sometimes being also directly in contact with our clients
Follow up incidents where necessary (communicate with the internal departments on escalated issues)
Investigate and solve technical issues regarding hardware or software failures
Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the online devices, using specific monitoring tools
University degree in Computer Science or related field
Very strong TCP/IP / Networking skills
Experience in working with Linux and Windows command lines, Bash shell scripting
Good knowledge of MySQL databases
Good knowledge of DHCP/DNS
Advanced knowledge in English (written and verbal)
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
