• System Administrator supports end user in day by day operations with specific applications
• Take in charge the calls, collect information applying check list
• Classify requests and give initial support
• Acquire, install, or upgrade computer software
• Automate routine tasks; write computer scripts; troubleshoot
Working Conditions:
• Headquarter: Bucharest
• Proficient in relevant Linux Redhat and Suse Operating Systems and their cluster solutions
• Verbal and written communication skills, listening skills
• Problem solving and analysis, customer service orientation
• RHCE and Suse CLA certifications are pluses
• IBM AIX knowledge or experience are pluses
• Italian language is a plus
• At least 4 year-old experience
• Former system administrator at an IT-Company
• Permanent employment contract
