Perform logistic activities related to: trucks, trains, barges, vessels and 3rd party silos
Plan, organize and optimize all logistic chain: stock availability, loading and discharging points and conditions, physical movement to the destination, costs
Identify storage, transit and transportation logistic needs, identify resources to cover these needs, negotiate, contract and supply all storage, transit and other logistic means
Execute stock movements
Monitor, coordinate and control the logistic activity within the budgeted costs and volumes
Timely and permanent communicate and coordinate with originators, traders, execution team
Proper forecasting and tracking of deviation vs. initial plan and execution budget
Manage silo owners relationship, including service access, stock inspection and loss control
Maintain internal and external customer satisfied about the cost, time and quality of the services.
Bachelor degree, preferably economics or technical background
Strong Excel skills, medium to high general Office tools knowledge
English language is a must
Would be considered as advantage: knowledge of specific contract types (Incoterms, Gafta/Fosfa), grains quality management, basic accounting knowledge
