Negotiate the transport prices with the transporters
Issue the contracts according to the terms negotiated previously
Keep the track of all transport contracts from signing / sending contracts to the client / receiving the contracts / archive
Update report / update the SAP database with all invoices received and paid representing transport, check all invoices and approve them
Follow the shortages for each product and location in order to be in the contractual limits
Annually (or when necessary) reports regarding all aspects of the transport
Build a long term relation with the main transporters that are acting on the market
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
Relevant experience in a similar job of 3-4 years
University degree
Fluent in English language
Technical knowledge of transport legislation and transport network and market
Good resources management
PC literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Lotus Notes, SAP)
Ability to find creative solutions, good resistance to stress, team player
