- work experience in Logistics & Planning activities, in analytical functions, preferably in a multinational environment;
-Having good knowledge of SAP (R/3, MM/PP/SD);
-Proficient Microsoft Office -MS Excel;
-Fluency in English
-Technical University degree or Business University degree with a strong technical knowledge base;
-Exposure to commercial, residential and commercial floors, ceilings and cabinets industry;
-Good planning and organizing abilities;
-Strong negotiating skills;
-Good verbal and written communication skills;
-Good knowledge of supplies inventory monitoring
Communicate with the shipping contractors, the factory and with the clients;
-Maintain close contact with other units: purchasing, warehousing, quality control to anticipate problems and facilitate work flow;
-Maintain a scheduled production flow with the deadlines settled in the production plan;
-Prepare proper documentation and its regular supervision;
-Warehouse Management, Booking goods into SAP, delivering notes, trade invoice checking, data entry;
-Prepare and maintain daily operative instructions;
-Meeting all set SLA’s and exceed client expectations;
-To follow up the default equipment for the running project;
-To perform reports and analysis, as well as weekly reports needed;
