Logistics Assistant
For one of our clients, world-leading manufacturer, distributor and marketer of premium lubricating oils, grease, Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a Logistic Assistant.
The main objective of the Logistics Assistant is to support the Logistic Manager maintain logistics operations, high product availability, warehousing and transport of goods supporting the business activities in compliance with firm strategy, principles and main targets.
• Assist the Supply planning of goods;
• Assist the logistic activities and provider
• Assist the procurement process
• Assist in account payable control
• Maintain the product portfolio in SAP
• Assist to manage stock (including inventory) of marketing articles
• Within his / her duties and tasks the employee will supervise then evidence (documentation) in accordance with internal guidelines of the company, especially Employment Manual and guidelines assigned for his / her work
Key challenges:
- Dealing with daily operational activities, make sure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Contribute to deliver the performance KPI’s
- Dealing with different cultures
- Managing customer complaints, make sure that corrective actions are taken in order to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Meeting deadlines
