Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Responsible for the coordination of operational activities for a group of factories (based geographically)
- Coordination and creation of Stock Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders using SAP in accordance to the daily/weekly planning cycle
- Coordination and management of order status updates on a regular basis
- Coordination of transport management activities associated with the internal move of machine spares parts from order to delivery
- Execution of operational reports
- Escalating any process non-conformance to the team leader in a timely manner
- Fluency in English with very good English written skills
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing role would be advantageous
- Broad understanding of manufacturing and supply chain
- Previous experience of 1-2 years
- Organised, structured, ability to follow process and is results orientated
- Ability to interact and form strong relationships with other team members
Technical Skills
- Fully operational with MS Office especially MS Excel
- SAP experience would be a distinct advantage
- Use of databases
