SpamExperts BV, a key-player in the internet-security industry, is looking for an enthusiastic,
pro-active, and passionate marketing & administrative coordinator who is challenged by the
idea of managing, streamlining, and optimizing the different marketing and administrative
channels for SpamExperts. You will run the day-to-day marketing & communication as well as
administrative activities and work out detailed marketing & communications proposals for new
marketing & sales campaigns of SpamExperts. You will work from Bucharest, Romania, in a
start-up team. Currently, SpamExperts is looking to build an office and you will be part one of
the first employees to form this team. You will be working with (partly remotely) highly
motivated professionals and are expected to work in a independent and proactive fashion,
initially reporting directly to the CEO.

Apart, general marketing/ project management, planning, and evaluation responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
• Passion for marketing & communication and interacting with (prospecting) customers &
relations
• Bachelor degree or higher
• 2-5 working years experience in marketing & communications
• Fast learner with respect to technological products
• IT affinity
• Pro-active and independent worker
• (Near) native spoken & written English
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Precise with an eye for detail
• High intrinsic motivation
• Result oriented
Beneficial skills:
• Working experience in the Internet / ICT branche
• Work experience in PR agency
• Proficiency in additional languages (German, Spanish, Dutch, French, Portuguese)
• User skills in desktop publishing applications (Adobe PS, ID, IL)
