• Coordinate translation & production process of international/ European marketing communication tools;
• Create web & newsletter content;
• Digital image processing
• Offer (partial) website maintenance for the European countries
• Perform user acceptance test for new web features throughout the CMS;
• Manage online Reference Database
• Monitor and report production planning of literature, inventory management;
• Check accuracy of printing data before production;
• Reporting of Marketing activities progress;
• Execute order process in SAP for marketing services;
• Deliver cost tracking, accruals, estimates vs. budget (monthly)
Support the Central Marketing Department on the development and implementation of Marketing Communication Programs. Coordinate specific programs in collaboration with Local Marketing and Sales Managers in Europe, as well as suppliers and agencies. Content management and web admin technical support.
Requirements:
• Strong Project Management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good planning and organizing abilities
• Web content management tools & HTML coding, basic javascript
• Proficient Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluency in English & German is a must
• SAP MM experience would be a plus
• Photo editing skills – Photoshop would be a plus
• Marketing/Communication diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
