The purpose of this key role is to support the Marketing Operations team in the areas of Data & CRM as well as Event Support. The role will also provide general Marketing admin support where needed to the rest of the Marketing department.
The Data and CRM role is focused on supporting the execution of marketing campaigns through the day to day operational management of Salesforce CRM and Eloqua Marketing Automation.
The Event Support function will provide administrative and event management support to the Corporate Events Manager with our larger corporate events, with a focus on the execution of tasks and event logistics/organisation.
Responsibilities:
• To manage and work to the defined marketing campaign schedule supporting the global marketing team;
• Create campaigns within Salesforce / Eloqua Marketing Automation;
• Build contact target groups for campaigns as defined by marketing brief;
• Create ‘call down’ for Inside Sales team to work from and report against;
• Manage instances of ‘hard bounces’ from E-marketing campaigns – ensuring we maintain accuracy and retain relevant data as appropriate;
• Create mailing files and transfer data to our Marketing Automation;
• Produce regular reporting from the support systems;
• Provide event support on the larger Temenos corporate event activity such as TCF, Global Sales Meetings and Sibos events;
• Co-ordinate and implement event logistics and admin e.g. produce name badges, prepare event collateral and materials, arrange shipping;
• Publish/produce and post event content information for the ongoing calendar of events onto the company website and intranet site;
• Assist Marketing Events Manager in reconciliation of invoices related to events and prepare for payment;
• Manage the UK based Temenos event materials and organise shipping etc when appropriate.
Experience in using SalesForce and understanding of database/CRM and Eloqua Marketing Automation systems;
• Experience in supporting a global marketing team, including event execution and coordination;
• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative;
• Must be able to work methodically with a good attention to detail;
• Knowledge and understanding of data / data management;
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
• Excellent spoken and written English (essential);
• Energetic and self-motivated;
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills/capabilities;
• Adaptable, flexible and cool under pressure and able to react to changing environment;
• Good interpersonal skills and outgoing personality;
• Good communicator with ability to communicate and work with people at all levels;
• Ability to execute, take responsibility and drive for results;
• Ability to travel internationally to support Temenos events on site;
• Experience gained in a technology/software company in the banking/financial company would be advantageous.
