Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver marketing plans to deliver optimal customer acquisition and retention across all channels
• Develop and deliver strategies for acquisition/retention and executing all marketing plans – including digital acquisition (affiliates, PPC, display), customer retention, VIP activity, customer insight, consumer PR and social media, offline advertising and retail promotions
• Responsible for developing the Marketing Budget and Forecast proposals and managing spend on all media and channels
• Responsible for regular reporting on performance of all marketing activity on a daily/weekly/periodic basis and delivering presentations and insight to the relevant business stakeholders
• Monitor, report and act upon competitor activity to ensure we retain and grow market share in all relevant areas
• Responsible for ensuring that all media activity is sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated in order to monitor ROI
• Utilize all available tools within the software to optimize campaign effectiveness, including promotion code set-up and tracking
• Accurately record all purchase orders/bookings, media costs, bonus and promotional costs and other expenditure and report on a weekly and periodic basis
• Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent with the Brand guidelines
Skills:
• 3-5 years experience of internet marketing, agency or client-side
• Very strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentational)
• Extensive experience of all marketing channels with a primary focus on digital marketing channels
• Experience in developing and executing media plans supported by strong creative executions
• Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
• Evidence of strong people and project management skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal providers
• Strong customer ethos and the ability to channel insight into profitable deliverable s
• Strong financial/analysis and cost management skills
