We are recruiting for our client, am important multinational company in the Oil&Gas industry.
GENERAL ROLE:
To provide support to the Marketing and Sales Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Intelligence
* To study and collect marketing Information from Internal Business Systems and External publications and websites related to Oil & Gas business in Europe.
* To compile and distribute a weekly news report with the most relevant data in the field.
* To generate periodic Country / Account reviews.
* Participate in gathering info on the Macro-Outlook/ Intelligence Gathering for the Market / Country.
Assistance to The Sales Team
* To follow-up and submit Monthly and Quarterly Progress reports regarding projects in development
* To provide full administrative support to the Marketing Manager and the sales team.
* To prepare documents, create and edit letters, meeting reports, centralized reports.
Industry Events
* To manage the events and conferences in Romania and abroad.
* To deal with the sponsorship arrangements.
* To perform other administrative duties, as assigned.
Tenders
* Tenders monitoring on websites. Identifying relevant ones and distribute to the Organisation.
* Coordinate tenders submissions for integrated services offers.
* Administrate the tenders submission software.
* To assist the Marketing Team in putting together the tender documents
* Previous experience on a similar position, within a multinational company;
* Highly proficient in English, good writing and speaking skills;
* Proficient in working with MS Office;
* Highly organized, good time management. Ability to prioritize when involved in several projects.

* Reliable, independent, self running, does not require supervision to get the task done.
