What will be your duties and responsibilities in this job?
• Review blueprints and product specifications to accurately determine amount of materials needed;
• Document overall material need, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders;
• Adjusts amounts for existing inventory and for orders of conventional sizes;
• Work closely with Commodity management to address supply availability for constrained commodities and provide recommended solutions;
• Identify material related issues and work with procurement to resolve material constraints.
What critical skills are needed for this position?
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management;
• Previous experience (2-4 years) in Production Planning, Material Planning, Procurement, Order Management;
• Ability to understand engineering documents and work closely with members of the engineering team;
• Advanced knowledge of English, SAP and MS Office;
• Good communication skills and customer focus/orientation;
• Organized, agile, committed & motivated person.
