Contribute to the reinforcement of the Company’s market position and creation of its positive image through active cooperation with scientific circles, medical circles, researchers, patients’ associations, representatives of institutions responsible for making the products available to patients by providing them with the highest quality of medical and scientific information about the Company products;
Create the medical strategic and tactical plans, cohesive with the company strategy, as well as budget plans, and ensure the utilisation of funds from the medical budget in accordance with the plan as well as legal and company regulations;
Ensures implementation of activities which are aimed at providing market access to the Company products for patients in need;
Supports the implementation of IIS - Investigator Initiated Studies, phase IIIB and IV clinical trials conducted by the Company or on its commission;
Ensures legal security in the context of informational and promotional activity conducted by the Company, as well as the development and conduct of medical and product trainings for the Sales Department;
Represents the Company in contacts with the key opinion leaders (at congresses, symposia, conferences, workshops, advisory boards, etc.) and in contacts with the state officials;
Guarantees collaboration and the required support to Global Medical Affairs and Global and Local R&D in activities with international reach
Medical Doctor degree, Academic career might be an advantage
Experience in medicine after graduating from the Medical University – required; preferable in the area associated with the specific focus in Hematology
Experience on the position of Medical Advisor in the pharmaceutical company
Market analysis skills
Ability to initiate and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Of advantage:
additional studies in marketing and economics
earlier experience with products / in Hematology/Hemophilia
scientific achievements (e.g. publications).
