• To plan and implement new services and to integrate network elements needed for offered data services;
• To create studies and technical documentation for the new and for the already implemented services and equipment;
• To offer assistance to equipment operation and administration teams;
• To work together with the other departments integrating the new services within the existing structure of the network.
• University degree in electronics, telecommunication or related fields;
• BSc/MSc University Degree in Telecommunications/Computer Science;
• 2 years work experience in a similar position;
• Experience of 2G and 3G mobile packet core networks and data services;
• Experience in AAA/PCRF/PCEF/PCC solutions and architecture;
• Radius, Diameter and LDAP protocols knowledge;
• Good understanding of IT Protocols and Databases;
• Windows, UNIX and Linux OS administration knowledge;
• Fluency in English;
• Good communication, presentation and interrelation skills;
• Problems solving skills;
• Team player;
• Ability of follow the deadlines and the work instructions;
