Develops and maintains the specific project/service documentation within the area of responsibility in order to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer within the team;
Works with third party vendors in order to implement the technical requirements for services or systems and to integrate the components into existing systems;
Prepares specific implementation work orders for operational teams in order to implement new services or change existing system configurations;
Is responsible for implementation of work orders in order to ensure the appropriate system and/or service defined performance indicators are met;
Is responsible for work orders testing plan definition in order to ensure that the service and/or system requirements are implemented correctly;
Provides technical assistance to operational support teams in order to ensure that technical issues are solved in in a timely and efficient manner;
Constantly monitors services and systems KPIs and provides support and recommendations for upgrades or optimizations within the area of responsibility in order to ensure that client specifications are met;
To plan and implement new services and to integrate network elements needed for offered data services;
To create studies and technical documentation for the new and for the already implemented services and equipment;
To offer assistance to equipment operation and administration teams;
To work together with the other departments integrating the new services within the existing structure of the network.
University degree (Telecommunications or Computer Science Faculty - preferable);
Mobile Data Services - medium;
Access/Policy and Charging Control technologies - medium;
Service oriented architecture - medium;
Web services - medium;
Service Orchestration - medium;
Service Bus - medium;
Radius & Diameter - medium;
Unix/Linux - medium;
SOAP/REST/ XML - medium;
Scripting - medium;
Basic knowledge: scalability planning, high availability planning, TCP/IP, LDAP,SQL, SS7/SIGTRAN, MAP, CAMEL;
Very good analytical and troubleshooting skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Team player;
Adaptability to new technologies.
