RESPONSABILITATI

The National Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing sales and business strategy in Modern Distribution Channel.
He/She will also be expected to:
- promote the company’s products through specific sales methods;
- develop, coach and evaluate performance of the team;
- create new business opportunities with all the clients from Modern Distribution Channel in the market and achieve sales targets within budget;
Direct report to the Commercial Manager
Main Responsabilities:
1.To develop and implement the sales strategy in compliance with corporate commercial policy.
2.To formulate the business plan in values, volumes, turnovers, sales budgets for subordinate Key Account Managers
3.To prepare departmental budgets and set sales targets.
4.To negotiate profitable contracts with all the clients from Modern Distribution Channel.
5.To implement credit control and promotional activities as per client.
6.To set Modern Distribution sales force size and territory allocation.
7.To report periodically on progress and results, analyses developments and makes recommendations.
8.To represent the company and maintain a high level of contact with important clients’ buyers.
9.To communicate efficient with his/her colleagues Regional Managers in order to implement together the company’s commercial terms for Modern Distribution at a national level.
10.To coordinate, organize and control sales system and distribution on Modern Distribution channel/segment functioning, in order to reach company’s targets.
11.To develop Campofrio business within responsibility area and obtain positive economical results


CERINTE

-University degree
-Minimum two years experience in a similar position in FMCG
-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Available to travel throughout the country
-Good Command of English
-Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
-Driving license – B category
-Personal skills – responsible, dynamic, open-minded, sociable, reliable, honest, business and result oriented, self-motivated, creative and good team worker.
