¿ Analyses, develops and implements marketing and sales strategies, tactics for particular key accounts based on relevant industry trends.
¿ Identifies sub-segments, products, services to support this segment in terms of revenue, share and retention.
¿ Evaluates customer needs.
¿ Is responsible for sales within planned turnover and budget.
¿ Monitors budget development in market.
¿ Analyses and develops knowledge of competitors¿ strengths and weaknesses.
¿ Conducts business meetings with key customers or customers from the key sector
¿ Together with Commercial and Marketing Managers discusses and compares key account meetings resulting with a company strategy.
¿ Works in interdepartmental teams ¿ identifies, designs, supports the products and services for the key account market.
¿ Develops and trains the customers, sales and the other departments on the pertinent applications.
The ideal candidate has a strong and provable experience in the pharmaceutical field, preferably in management sales positions.
He/She has a background of decision taking on a high level of responsibility, knows the market and the specific major key accounts and is used with developing sales plans and strategies for clients of significant importance for the business.
He/She is a result driven, motivational for the team and perfect communicator character.
