National Key Account Manager
KEY ROLE PURPOSE:
• Implement Brand strategy, in an innovative initiative way.
• Build and manage Sales budget and activation plan to deliver ND/WH growth, strengthen the brand visibility and meeting the financial goals.
• Build, consolidate, train and manage the sales team.
Main Accountabilities
Development of local business strategies:
Develop sales strategy into local market plan
Negotiate with the KA on yearly contracts
Develop the distribution system (distributors)
Develop the client basis of the company
Targeting new business opportunities
Innovation processes:
Lead the sales team towards efficiency throughout initiatives
Lead the sales toward innovation plans
Managing and control:
Setting sales targets and looking and guiding at the overall business generation
Build and manage controlling system of the sales
Giving solutions, training and coaching the sales team
Drive motivation and commitment to accomplish tasks by the team
Understand the needs and requirements of the clients
Budget management:
Plan annual sales budget according to the strategic priorities
Manages sales budget in order to achieve KPI's and effective utilization
Knowledge / Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in managing sales department
Knowledge of FMCG sector
English language – at least medium level
Ability to travel extensively
Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate: Review & reporting skills
