Our job opportunity is a chance to expand your knowledge in an international FMCG company on the position of
NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
with main responsibilities:
* Negotiating and agreeing annual trade terms with KA customers in line with company plans and procedures and with the support of NKAM
* Implementing the assortment strategy (listings), shelf strategy and category management projects
* Promoting the plan development, roll-out and tracking
* Achieving sales targets according to monthly plans and Key Performance Indicators in compliance with Company Policies
* Receivables collection involvement with the support from customer service
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
* Relevant experience in a Sales & Marketing position
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Very good English language
* Proven track in negotiating with International Key Accounts
* Business orientation (micro and macro vision)
* Leadership skills
* Open minded anttitude and knowledge sharing
