Plan, develop and implement the proper strategy in order to increase the market penetration with existing as well as new accounts in all sectors and geographies
Coordinate sales activities , operational and delivery of HR processes by maintaining regular contacts and supervising branch manager or assimilation .
Apply performance indicators to assess monthly / quarterly / annual performance of subordinate staff and identify the best solutions for the preparation / training / development for those whose performance is not in accordance with the requirements of Adecco
Build and maintain a strong performing team. Recruit, train and motivate all team members.
Responsible to coordination of sales and operational delivery of HR processes for all branches of Adecco Romania
Ensure high quality of service delivery and operational excellence, according to Adecco Group standards and cost effective management of resources
Makes and implements the budget in all their branch nationwide
Be responsible of sales activity and growth. Ensure that the defined targets are met
Networking and business development via different channels
Responsible for increasing customer portfolio by managing Adecco Top 5 clients.
Responsible / a maintaining an optimal relationship with the client in order to ensure process quality and retention rates
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Experience in sales & operations management as Senior Branch Manager / Area Manager (overseeing 8-11 branches)
A proven track record of business successes and achievements
Knowledge of General Staffing business
Fluent in English
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Able to build strong relationships
Planning and organisation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projects simultaneously
Ability to build and manage customer relationships and develop business opportunities.
Dynamism. Strong personality, able to motivate, influence, take initiative and display high level of energy
