- Increases the sales of financial services products;
- Knows all the characteristics of products and competitors, makes suggestions and initiates range improvements.

- Conduct performance reviews of direct reports; recruit, train, motivate and supervise direct reports and staff.
- Develop and maintain the Financial Services division operations' policies, procedures and standards.
Qualifications
Knowledge of:

¿ Knowledge of financial retail products (loan, credit, leasing, insurance), expertise in auto finance is a plus
