- Establishes and implements the national sales strategy and objectives;
- Making sure that national sales objectives are reached by creating an efficient team, motivating sales specialists and people supporting the sales process;
- Conceiving and organizing a sales system containing real-estate agencies and also making the selection of these agencies;
- Coordinating the activity of the sales consultants as well as the one of the agencies and dealers that has service contracts concluded with the company;
- Identifying business opportunities, weaknesses as well as risk zones;
- Cooperates with the Marketing division for establishing the strategies and campaigns that are to be approached, orders market studies and takes decisions for establishing the strategy;
- Keeping track of expenses and budget;
- Assuring client’s portfolio diversification and acceding thru employees to environments were potential clients can be met.
- Master degree; other courses and specialization would be an advantage;
- Minimum experience in similar position – 3 years;
- PC knowledge;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Shows very good management skills (planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and motivating);
- Result oriented;
- Client Oriented;
- English – advanced;
- Knowledge and experience of the real-estate market would be an advantage.
