Assess Current Team members personalities and propensity to sell and propose restructuring or training where necessary;
Recruits/ hires and identify needs for trainings Sales personnel (Branch Managers and Area Sales managers) to build sales capacity for the organization and ensure that other Sales executive are hires in timely manner;
Identify opportunities where necessary and develop alternative sales channels (Mobile sales force etc)
Provides Coaching for the sales team
Ensure Sales planning as necessary and work to enable the achievement of targets supporting his/her team;
Clearly communicates sales plan to all levels of the organization in a timely manner;
Coordinates with Marketing manager and ensures that all sales executives have the proper sales tools and marketing materials necessary to execute unit and individual Sales Plan;
Achieves monthly sales plan
Provides supervision of retail sales activities prepares materials for meetings and encourage staff participation.
Minimum 5 years experience in coordinating sales activity
Experience in managing & leading people and teams
Excellent knowledge of English
