RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage the channels of distribution;
- Organize and develop the sales force;
- Implement and communicate the sales force strategy, practices and targets;
- Recruit, develop and coach existing sales team and new members;
- Train any newcomers to the sales force, ensure the existing team are communicating the same ¿strong¿ message;
- Prepare Sales & Marketing Plans/Budgets;
- Monitor and update the budget performance, communicating results to GM and MD.
- Determine short and long-term objectives for both companies in terms of results & productivity;
- Present the objectives to the team, ensure ownership and agreement;
- Analyses market trends & competitors;
- Recommend changes in strategy or development;
- Initiate promotional campaigns or merchandising activities in-store;
- Create marketing plans for new product launch;
- Ensure Contracts are presented and executed efficiently
- Build strong relations with decision-makers and key clients;
- Ensure the sales force are actively and aggressively selling the goods in-country;
- Supervision of the deliveries, ensuring efficiency and optimum transportation costs;
- Ensure the goods are being sold at their optimum price;
- Away on business 3-4 days/month.

Requirements:
- The National Sales Coordinator should have at least 3+years in a senior sales position, in pharmaceutical or inssurance industry/distribution, with responsibility for a team of subordinates and distributors;
- Sound Management &Excellent Communication Abilities
- A leader with a natural presence and sincerity, able to motivate and large teams of people;
- Goal oriented, results-driven, a person with a desire to achieve;
- Innovative and Creative mind but a clear-thinker, stable &calm;
- Good English language skills
- Clean driving License
