The main responsibilities of the position include:
-Organizing, building, motivating and evaluating the sales team (Account Managers) and the rest of the team (total up to 20 employees);
- Managing the region (Romania) in the areas of: sales, marketing, product, service, finance, HR;
- Conducting the seminars and other marketing events;
- Brand management, PR and company’s image management;
- Managing the country’s annual budget;
- Meeting and managing annual and quarterly sales targets, ability to manage the discounts and profitability of the sales;
- Managing the clients and contacting VIP customers;
- Local competition examinations, attending the trade shows.
Our client, a leading multinational group which is present in more than 13 countries is looking for a National Sales Manager able to maximize sales results and increase the market share by managing the sales team within the subordinate region. The selected candidate will report directly to the Managing Director of the Group. The most important requirements for the role are:
- Technical background - education or work experience (constructions, installations, hydrotechnics, energetics, technological systems, mechanics);
- Experience in Sales Management (prefered to have Technical Sales Management);
- Perfect sales and management abilities, as well as strong brand management and marketing skills;
- Strong market knowledge and overview;
- Ability to manage the company’s budget;
- Highly developed communication skills, in both English and Romanian;
- Good PC skills.
