-To plan and organize all sales activities and achieve planned goals in a specific geographic area in the country;
- To prepare plan and budget for the year for sales by channels and submit it for approval till the middle of November of the previous year;
- To define current targets of Sales Department based on approved plan and budget for the year;
- To define action plans & implement sales strategy for achieving objectives by his/her team in the assigned area;
- To prepare and monitor execution of the budget for the assigned area;
- To provide directions to sales team through leadership, motivation & communication;
- To participate in selection process of personnel for Sales Department;
- University Degree;
- 2-3 years of experience in sales management;
- Good knowledge of the specific market (tools, construction materials);
- Fluent in English;
- Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Our client is a producer and distributor of tools, currently setting up a new office in Romania. For this reason, we are looking for a dynamic professional to grow, together with the company, on the position of NATIONAL SALES MANAGER.
