Mission description and context:
-Trend analysis and forecasting based on network performance reports and rollout / growth plans;
-Development of high level and low level capacity rollout plans;
-Creation/modeling of low level plans into the tool environment in order to prepare capacity changes;
-Writes procedures/MOPs following customer requirements to support capacity change/ network growth;
-Create and documents WOs which will support capacity RFCs;
-Continually identify opportunities for service improvement;
-Interprets technical customer requests;
-Propose solution to customer problems/needs;
-Formulates detailed technical Questions in order to identify all the needs;
-Creating , modifying , deleting configurations according to Client Needs;
-Documenting all the activities delivered for our Customers;
-Engineering activities for new equipments installation, extension, removal;
-Engineering activities for new site integration on an existing infrastructure;
-Engineering Activities for TDM/SPP interconnections;
-Delivers activities reports also from a remote location, provides regular feedback to the project team.
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technologies;
-Knowledge of ITT (infrastructure, technology & telecommunications);
-Ability to document information;
-Adaptability, Analytical skills, Customer focus;
-Knowledge in network architecture;
-Experience in all telecom technical domains: Mobile & fixed Access, IP& Transmission, Core & IMS;
-Focused experience in SDH, WDM, IP, PTN;
-At least three years experience on a similar position;
-Customer facing experience;
-Knowledge and experience of Data modeling and Data analysis, Business Objects and SQL would be a plus;
-Knowledge and experience of scripting and productivity tools: Shell scripts/Perl/Python would be a plus.
