GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing Network infrastructure: routers, firewalls, switches of Genpact Europe
Design, installation, configuration and monitoring of network infrastructure
Proactive assessment of potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in the network
Experience with security practices of Intranet and Extranet
Network infrastructure monitoring
Maintain network infra knowledge base up to date
OTHER RESPONSABILITIES:
Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;
Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;
Updating the working procedures periodically;
REQUIERED WORK EXPERIENCE:
Solid knowledge of network principles and practices
Experience in configuring routers, firewalls and switches and usage of network tools monitoring
Cisco certification CCNA / CCNP
REQUIERED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
University graduate (Technical University or University of Economics / Business with IT minor and certifications);
OTHERS:
Strong time management and resources management skills;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Good communications skills – for both with Genpact / Client IT and business teams;
High motivation, flexibility and productivity;
