• Design, installation and configuration of the network infrastructure for the company’s customers;
• Implement and support various network infrastructure solutions;
• Installation and configuration of network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, access-points, wireless controllers, network monitoring tool);
• Configuration changes on network devices and network applications based on the existing change management process;
• Monitor network and systems health, responding appropriately to network alerts and events to diagnose and troubleshoot network issues;
• Provide direction, information and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations.
• Interact with vendors and third party for problem resolution;
• Maintain multi-site network operations with both private and public facilities;
• Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
• Good knowledge of network principles and hands-on experience;
• Technologies used: Cisco and Meraki Cloud Networks nice to have;
• Cisco certification: CCNP;
• Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, wireless controllers and monitoring applications;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
• Very good command of English.
