Prepare and update the data base corresponding COSMOTE distribution network and Direct Sales by: creating new points of sale in COSMOTE applications, based on Indirect Sales, Direct Sales, Corporate Shops Support requirements; defining billing codes for points of sale in COSMOTE applications; cancellation of the existing points of sale;
Administrate E-POS users used by COSMOTE commercial partners;
Administrate the Extranet data bases;
Administrate the SAP data base;
Manage commercial partners “DEMO” numbers list;
Assign the delivered postpaid SIM cards to the corresponding COSMOTE partners and Direct Sales agents, based on the delivery reports posted by warehouse in an FTP folder;
Add and update handsets characteristics and corresponding offer on COSMOTE official SITE;
Permanently stay in touch with the other departments concerning every aspect of the applications, COSMOTE services and interdepartmental procedures.
University Degree;
At least one year experience in a similar position; previous experience in the field of mobile telephony is an advantage;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook);
Basic knowledge about Romanian telecom market;
English knowledge – medium level (written and spoken);
Verbal and written communications skills (ability to communicate with high level decision makers, internal or external clients of Cosmote);
Detail oriented; ability to plan, organize activities and to establish priorities;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously; able to work under pressure;
Able to compile, synthesizes and present facts clearly;
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, dynamic;
Able to take initiative; ability to identify and solve problems.
