We are looking for a technical person who will:
• lead a team developing network management system for managing Ceragon's devices.
• be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of the work performed by his team, that includes research, design, development, and integration testing of the developed features.
• be responsible for the day-to-day management of his team members’ work.
• be responsible for his team’s team-building process, and for the professional development of the team members.
• take leading role in decision making regarding the NMS product future architecture.
The ideal candidate has the following:
Must:
• BSc/BA Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent Java knowledge of at least 5 years of experience as Java software engineer
• Code hands on abilities
• At least 2 years of experience as a Java team leader
• Proven management, employee motivation and leadership skills
• Proven experience in OO software design and multithreading programming.
• Proven experience in SQL and relational DB concepts.
• Excellent communication skills
