Identify, categorize and respond to network problems;
- Manage changes, upgrades, improvements and integration;
- Monitor and maintain network and associated software, including responding to tickets;
- Work with other departments, contractors and staff to ensure network operations;
- Serve as primary initial responder within the Network Operations Center in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network problems;
- Monitor NMS for faults and alerts, as well as enhancement/refinement of NMS to provide more insight into production;
- Document all network-related activities in ticketing system;
- Provide a single point of interface to internal and external clients during SWAP/RollOut processes ;
- Provide technical supervision to lower level engineers and technicians when necessary;
- Excalate and support for different problem/incidents for upper level support;
- Preparing specific NOC reports, system bakup, hardware audits and preventive maintenace;
- Server build and installs, application upgrades, network equipment build and installation;
- Equipment provisioning, integration, software upgrade and configuration;
- Working on shifts;
- Reporting to Technical Manager, RollOut Manager, Project Manager.
- At least 2 years experience on a similar position;
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication / Radio will be a plus;
- Knowledge about ZTE's equipments and tools is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must.
