Monitors the alarms of all Network Elements throughout the Operations and Network Management software;
Performs periodical maintenance routine activities according with existing procedures;
Monitors the Network Elements alarms from the Network Operation Centre consoles, identifies and replaces the faulty parts and/or informs other maintenance personnel as per the equipment type, location or complexity;
Follows the special procedures in case of emergency in the MSC location;
Provides shift reports to NOC Manager about all the events occurring in the network and logs them within the online Data Base;
Co-operates with third party transmission service providers in case of the leased lines outages;
Assists to all NOC collocated equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance; periodically supervises the non-monitored equipment parts; performs periodical charge-discharge of batteries as per the vendor specs and tests the power back-up systems functionality;
Maintains a temperature-constant and a dust-free environment in the MSC room, controls and cleans periodically the equipment rooms, inspects the air-conditioning functionality.
University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or similar;
Previous working experience in mobile telephony network operations, maintenance and implementation is a plus;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Excellent communication and teamwork;
Very good computer skills –MS Office, Linux;
Good command of English;
Able to work in shifts;
Driving license: B category.
