1. Support (foreign) Organisation Development/Human Resourses Management experts.
- Logistic planning and preparation of visits, meetings etc.
- Interpreting during work visits, training sessions, seminars
- Translation of documents (English-Romanian and Romanian-English)
2. Implementation of OD/HR activities and instruments with water companies, Support foreign experts in:
- On-job training and coaching of notably HR staff in implementation of HR instruments
- Distant support to water companies
3. Communication with and monitoring water companies with regard to OD/HR and PR/CR activities
- Communication through visits, e-mail, phone.
4. Contribute in development, organisation and implementation of off-job training activities (notably in the OD/HR and CR/PR fields) Seminars, workshops, courses etc.
- Development of materials
- Organising training events
- Conducting sessions
5. Communication within FOPIP team
Notably with regard to e.g. technical, financial, institutional expertise.
- Picking up expertise/know-how from other experts for relevant fields/activities
- Giving other experts OD/HR related inputs
1. University graduate in relevant field, e.g. business administration, social sciences, public administration.
2. Fluency in English language (and Romanian language), in writing and orally, active and passive.
3. Affinity and/or working experience with one or more of the following fields:
- Public services
- (International) consultancy
- HR/training
- PR/CR
- Water engineering, water management, environment
4. Attitude:
- curious, eager to learn
- initiative
- willingness to engage himself/herself in professional dialogue, debate
- actively judges information on meaning, sense, usefulness.
5. Able to work in small teams as well as independently
6. Willingness to travel monthly outside Bucharest for periods of 4-5 consecutive days.
7. Valid driving license with good safe driving record.
