* Check of time frame for PTNs
* Check of storage possibility together with OES Quality
* Identify finished products based on components use
* Check Responsibilties at OES Sales
* Request Prognosis from OES Sales
* Work on prognosises
* Adjustments with Series Logistics
* Find out Components prices, Packaging batches and Stock in warehouses from SAP
* Finish PTN process and action BU decision ( e.g. redesign, change to second source, last time buy, bridge buy, replacement)
* Fix volumes on base of customer- , OES Sales prognosis and stock in warehouse
* Fill in template „PTN approval for last time buy or bridge buy (procurement obligation)" according to signature levels Consider demand planning
* Tracking of signatures; Force decisions with Series / Sales / Purchasing
* Push and control progress of final ordering
* Check of Series decisions in PCN/PTN database
* Good networking & communication skills
