Responsibilities:
- Prepares, manages and archives all incoming and outgoing project related documents (general, technical and commercial)
- Office support and internal administrative tasks
- Organize travel logistics
- Pro-active follow up
- Establish work procedures and schedules
- ​Maintain the timesheets of the employees and supporting documents
- Standard administrative functions such as screening mail and telephone calls, scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar, setting up the office filing system and coordinating meetings
- Serve as a point of contact for other departments
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Minimum 3 years of solid team support experience
- Must be self-motivated, quick learner and team player
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- ​Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Open and willing to engage other roles and departments when appropriate
- Confidentiality is a mandatory requirement
