RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities
Reception and protocol activities;
Managing phone calls, faxes, e-mails and correspondence;
Organizing meetings within and outside the company’s office;
Travel planning (plane ticket reservations, providing accommodation for the staff of the company);
Organizing necessary office supply and protocol;
Document management (correspondence, offers, contracts, other financial and accounting documents);
Drafting and translating to/from English of various documents (activity reports, press articles & reviews);
Managing relationships with suppliers.


CERINTE

Overview
Good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service;
Advanced English skills (both, spoken and written);
MS Office skills;
University graduate preferred;
Strong organizational skills;
Perseverance and attention to details;
Ability to work under pressure
