• Answers telephones, e-mail & fax promptly and courteously, and offers information. Takes accurate messages and directs calls and messages to appropriate person.
• Greets visitors, provides information and guides them toward meeting rooms or appropriate person.
• Keeps accurate track of meeting rooms, driver appointments and maintains the office calendar.
• Ensures protocol when needed in in-house meetings.
• Handles correspondence delivery & pickup and distributes correspondence & press.
• Organizes and maintains public information files and data to ensure that they are up-to-date and easy to locate.
• Administrates stationery and order of needed office supplies.
• Oversees the smooth running of activities in the office space.
• Provides support for all departments and helps co-workers in administrative related issues.
• Offers on the job training for new colleagues at the reception desk.
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Very good oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good organization and project management skills
