RESPONSABILITATI

Typical secretarial administration job
Daily communication via email and phone with the applicants
Organizing video conferences
Time & travel management
Preparation of offers and documents
Close contact to the customer & candidates
Assistance in daily people management (communication via Telephone, E-Mail)
Collecting information in database
Supportive tasks in office management, accounting and invoicing
Handling the partners, coordination of cleaning service, registering new mobile phones for employees
Daily report to the back-office team - headquarter Vienna/Austria


CERINTE

Very good English communication skills (German/Russian/other languages beneficial)
Good Microsoft Office Skills
Interesting international projects
Highly interested in technical projects
Very talented in handling projects and information
Either experienced in labour law or willingness to learn details
Reliable, discrete, responsible, loyal
Highly self-motivated and self-organized and used to work alone & in teams
Interested into a long-term employment
Flexibility in time
Experience as an assistant
