• People Management - provide day-to-day coaching; direction and leadership; efficient planning & organization in close cooperation with the management; facilitating team meetings; ensuring on time delivery of service to a big, dynamic and varied customer base
• Identify, plan and execute key operational improvements to improve the efficiency of the team and to improve on quality of service. Next to these tasks you also handle a region and/or act as a backup where necessary.
• Implement and track appropriate performance objectives and measures to support team members and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence and cost effectiveness.
• Create an environment orientated to trust, open positive communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
- Fluent English (both spoken and written interaction) is a must;
- Other Foreign languages are a plus;
- Master Degree in the required field is a plus;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Good time management and multitasking skills;
- Good attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent communication skills and drive to deliver professional services.
- Experience in selling technology solutions;
- Strong passion for exceptional excellence to serve clients;
- Results driven, strategically strong, innovative client and market driven;
- Ability to work on night shifts.
