- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
- Organize meetings and travel plans;
- Responsible for the archive;
- Makes sure that the office works from an operational point of view;
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems;
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;
- HR works including preparation of labor contracts;
- Managing office budgets;
- Supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial and administrative staff;
- Works closely with the Managing Director and the Operations Director;
- Supporting the business development team preparing proposals, letters of Intent, keeps a lead list up to date.
- Educated to bachelor degree;
- Fluent in oral and written English;
- Minimum 4 years experience;
- Organized, multitasking and social person.
