· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed;
· Screen enquiries and requests;
· Assists staff with travel arrangements (booking flights and accommodations);
· Collects and archive paperwork, such as invoices etc.;
· General reception – desk activities, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
· Support with organizing various staff events;
· Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as archiving, photocopying, collating etc.;
· Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence;
· Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
· Track office supply inventory and approves supply orders;
· Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments;
· Acts as point of contact with various suppliers.

Requirements:
· Excellent written and communication skills, both in Romanian and English;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
