Responsibilities:
• You will be first point of contact for our client on all recruitment processes;
• You will be responsible for for the entire recruitment process from sourcing strategy to employment offer;
• You will work directly from our client’s office, together with the Hiring Managers in order to understand their present and future needs;
• You will develop candidate attraction strategies and manage the talent pool; you have to be creative;
• You will be responsible to interview high quality of candidates for our clients;
• Identify, check and measure competences of candidates using known techniques of recruitment: depth interview, tests and build evaluation reports;
• Responsible for weekly status reports.
• Knowledge of computer systems/programs - MS Office
• References – required
