Want to work with a young, talented and passionate team with experience in launching global online products?
We are looking for a Online Customer Support Specialist for our mobile unlock platform who is both creative but also has a sharp, detail-oriented, analytic approach to problems.

You will be responsible for:
- supervising the external customer support team
- directly communicating with clients via email in order to solve escalated issues from customer support
- updating the CRM platform, adding/deleting users, setting alerts, adding new tools and new services
- analyzing error patterns and finding appropriate solutions
- collaborating with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technology problems and resolve them
- identifying opportunities for platform/customer service improvement
- participating in user testing and upgrade process and ensuring that business objectives are met
- writing training materials and troubleshooting documentation
- researching and initiating contacts with new suppliers that can guarantee a better customer satisfaction

We are looking for a geeky, curious and bold team player who is always connected, passionate about gadgets and apps, constantly looking for efficiency and improvement.

CERINTE

In order to qualify for the position you must have 1-2 years of experience with customer relationship management platforms, e-commerce platforms, help-desk software (like Zendesk.com) or CMS (like Wordpress, Prestashop etc). Former experience in customer service for online products, technical help-desk or call centers will be a great asset.
You need to have excellent written communication skills and be proficient in basic computer software and business&marketing web tools. Advanced English (written and spoken) and medium Excel skills are selection criteria.
