Local Program Coordinator would be responsible for growing our flagship agency program in Romania: expanding the ecosystem of partner agencies, educating and certifying partner agencies, tracking and reporting results, with a focus on acquisition of new AdWords accounts by partner agencies.
To achieve these goals, the Program Coordinator will maintain the Partners online platform, develop the online community, launch contests and incentive programs, organize online and offline campaigns and work closely with our events agency to organize trainings and different types of events.

ONLINE MARKETING SPECIALIST
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates with 2-3 years experience in marketing, either in agencies, online companies or multinationals, with proven results in designing and implementing complex marketing campaigns for consumers or SMBs. The right candidate will show strong analysis and problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of the Romanian advertising market, and a clear interest in online advertising and Google solutions for SMBs.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
Understanding of Online Marketing and Google Advertising Products
Passion for data-driven Marketing with strong analytical skills and proven track records in driven campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts/initiatives, monitor operational KPIs of telesales partner & develop insights to inform initiatives that deliver the target objectives.
Good excel skills.
Strong organisational and project management skills required to drive projects through completion
Experience in briefing agencies and develop best-in-class creatives to support sales acquisition efforts.
Experience in Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation & Marketing and channel programme management preferred.
Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.
Fluent in English and in Romanian
